The first paper I worked on is: Cortex-wide BOLD fMRI activity reflects locally-recorded slow oscillation-associated calcium waves

It's a collaboration with the team of Cornelius Faber at the Münster University hospital, they provided The BOLD fMRI acquisitions and we provided the theoretical framework of the project

Our role as first year phd students with Dr. Fois was to combine LFP with calcium recording and peripheric stimulations to confirm the electrical correlates of bulk calcium activity
